Central Vietnam luxury tour

Day 1: Da Nang arrival –Hoi An (D)

Upon arrival, our car and guide pick you up to Hoi An . On the way we stop at Cham museum of Sculpture, Marble Mountains..

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2: Fishing and waterways. Hoi An half day (B/L)

8am: We will leave the hotel by bicycle and cycle over small country lanes to Cam Thanh, a fishing village next to the flooded coconut palm forest. Along the way we can enjoy the beautiful view of the Vietnamese countryside with its rice fields, water buffaloes, birds and the friendly local population.

Arriving at Cam Thanh village we will meet our host Mr Manh, a local fisherman, who will welcome us at his house with refreshing drinks. After a short rest we will explore Cam Thanh, learn about its history of the Underwater Palm Forest which served as a hidding place for Viet Cong soldiers during the American war.

Having explored Cam Thanh village our host will invite us on board his boat to take us on the river and teach us the local fishing techniques. After his demonstration we will try our luck at catching a fish ourselves.

After our fishing trip we will change the fishing boat for typical basket boats and head into the underwater palm forest where we will have the opportunity to fish for crabs.

Returning from our discovery trip in the palm forest our host and his family will invite us to help them with cooking typical local dishes for our lunch.

We will enjoy a delicious Vietnamese lunch with our host family after which they will treat us on some beautiful Vietnamese songs accompanied by music made with traditional instruments from their area.

After lunch and music it is time for us to say goodbye to Mr Manh and his family and return by bicycle to the hotel.

Day 3: Hoi An city tour (B/L)

Enjoy a walking tour of this charming traditional town now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site including: the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge , the Phuc Kien Pagoda and the Tan Ky House. Then we will take boat cruise on Thu Bon river to visit the Thanh Ha, the ceramic et pottery village. Learn how to make the beautiful jars, bow. Return to hotel.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 4: Hoi An –Hue (B/L/D)

Afer having breakfast, you are pick up then transfer to Hue via Hai Van pass, to see the spectacular view , a beautiful stretch of coastline. Continue visit the Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba market . In the evening, you enjoy a royal dinner with live traditional music performances in restaurant( you will be a King & Queen in Royal Dinner with Royal long Dresses)

Day 5: Eco Tour full day (B/L)

Pick you up to Toa Kham Wharf, depart to Thien Mu Pagoda- the first stop of the day, a historic temple in the city as a symbol of Hue, located nearby Perfume River where will be a wonderful place for you to relax and refresh. Back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Thuy Bieu Eco-village, arrive Thuy Bieu, spend 2 hours to stroll or bike around quiet village

+ Visit local garden, old ancestral temple and contact with local people.

+ Visit some handicraft families (the incense making family, the traditional candy making family, the joss paper making family and the paper painting family) to discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm

Having lunch at local restaurant with Hue traditional specialties. At the end of this tour, you will have a great time to relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water – a traditional therapeutic practice and enjoy excellent massage by blind people.

Day 6: Hue- Departure (B)
